I ordered 2 cushion covers in November 2020 as Christmas presents. One arrived, the other did not. When I queried it at the beginning of January I was told that it was out of stock (could they not have informed me of this without my having to contact them?). I could have a refund or another item. I chose a different design which they agreed to send the following week (why that long to despatch 1 small item?) I contacted them again in February to say that I had not received the replacement item, they replied that it was out of stock - again why could they not have informed me of this. I checked their website today (Mar) and it shows that the item is in fact in stock. I emailed them and they have now replied with an immediate refund but no explanation as to why I did not get my item
Entering correct city cursor jumps all over the place hard to control and pick what city i live in.

Cheap prices but cheap materials. The clothes that I ordered were made from a cheap, elasticated material. Unfortunately, they are all very small, even though I used their size guide and ordered 2 sizes larger than I usually would.
My order was split into 2 deliveries, which I wasn't informed about. The first half of my order turned up and was all too small. I asked for a full refund but was told that I would have to incur the cost of sending these clothes back (which was going to cost a lot of money). They offered to refund me 50% of three of the items and said I could keep the clothes. I just admit that the customer service is good, but the company policies are terrible.
Anyway, 6 weeks later and I was still waiting for the second half of my original order to be shipped. It was showing as processing on my account and the estimated shipping date had passed. I received no update about this, which is just awful. I got back in touch with the customer service team who cancelled the order for me. Although, this was a hassle because they, again, kept offering alternatives to a full refund. Eventually, they cancelled it for me and said that there has been a delay due to having no stock. WHY SELL SOMETHING ON THE WEBSITE THAT IS OUT OF STOCK??
Overall, the clothes are cheaply made and too small, and it takes a lot of effort to get any issues sorted. I would avoid.

I ordered two shirts two months ago and they never came. Said it’s shipping date would be may 3 and it’s now may 25th I ordered the shirts at the end of March. Complete scam
I’ve enjoyed the products and they arrived in a timely fashion. I had to buy 2 sizes bigger than I normally would but it’s fine.
Order took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait because the hat looks great.
Very comfortable shirts and look great. Takes a while to get shipments from New Chic, but prices are hard to beat.
Payment facility may need upgrading or refining... when installing shipping address, it too a number of attempts for address to be recognized
Good product, beautiful, but delivery really really to long (more than 1 month).
Great Selection, awesome fashion, but you need to be more up front about the shipping costs. Give a "field' so customers can estimate at least. Otherwise like me you find it very odd that your "discount" is nearly equal to the shipping about!
